By downloading, accessing or using Zion Presenter, you agree to these terms and conditions of use. They are meant to protect both the integrity of the software and the experience of everyone who is part of this community.
1. Purpose of the software: Zion Presenter is independently developed software, built to help project media and content for church services, presentations and meetings. It must be used in keeping with ethical principles, with respect for others and with technical responsibility.
2. Intellectual property: All visual design, source code, structure, logos and the name “Zion Presenter™” are my property as an independent developer. Copying, modifying, distributing or selling any of them to third parties under another name without my express permission is prohibited.
3. Limitation of liability: Zion Presenter is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty. While I work to offer a product of the highest quality and stability, I am not liable for any loss of data or interruption arising from the use of the software. I recommend always keeping a backup of your data.
